don't have time to mess around with it yet though.
I have a book and a book report that i have to read/do before friday. :/

Hmm, sorry can't say I've ever used GIMP unless I did in class and don't remem ^^; I'll check it out tho.

About the cheapest you can get a decent tablet is $75, which is the price of Wacom's cheapest tablet: the Bamboo.

If you auction on ebay, you can get an Intuos on ebay for a little over 100 depending on what model you want 1, 2 or 3.
I wouldn't recomend any other make but Wacom.

GIMP is like...The thing you get when you can't download Photoshop or buy it. I used it for a little while b/c i was unable to get photoshop. Its harder to use when it comes to layers and everything, but they have a couple of really cool buttons that the older version of photoshop doesn't have.
Thats not too bad.
Alright thanks. I think i'll add it to my "what i want for my birthday" list.

Photoshop stuff is fun to do. I just have a problem with doing everything.
Hence why my photoshop stuff is kind of limited.
And no i don't. I wish i did. That would be mad awesome.

Hah np. Yea Photoshop is pretty complex, especially the newest one but has a nice variety of features. I like to use OpenCanvas for sketches and minor stuff. It's also much better for tablets. Speaking of which, I have an Intuos 3 I bought recently and still getting the hang of.
